From an idea to an AI integration plan

Define the problem, assess the data and design a focused prototype before connecting AI to a working business process.

Define the task before choosing a tool

Choose a recurring or costly task. Describe who performs it, what goes in and what an acceptable result looks like. Define success with realistic examples, such as a correctly answered request or the time needed to review a document.

Review data and responsibilities

Identify where data comes from, who may use it and which information must stay out of external services. Establish human review and a route for handling errors from the beginning.

Build a focused prototype

Test one scenario with data you are allowed to use. Measure output quality, response time and cost per run. Record unsuccessful results too, so limitations are understood before the scope expands.

Plan for operation

Before connecting a production system, define access permissions, logging, output review and a way back to the previous process. A limited, stoppable rollout makes problems easier to investigate.

To discuss a project with Hooshafarin, prepare a problem statement, a non-confidential data sample and the systems that need to connect. Request a consultation.
